Location of the experience
Discover the small medieval village of Sperlinga located in the province of Enna. In the heart of the most rugged Sicily, Sperlinga seduces every visitor with its historical treasures and the authenticity of a simple lifestyle. It seems to be a place out of time. Visit the Castle of Sperlinga, where the Byzantines built an ancient impregnable fortress and, in the year 1000’s, it became a real castle from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. MUST VISIT!
Together with Chef Massimo and his daughter Noemi and their passion for Sicilian recipes, you will learn how to use a rolling pin and how to roll out the Pasta! During the experience, guests will have fun with Gallo-Italico dialect tongue twisters!
